A Life of Courage Ends, A Legacy Lives On: Final Ardas of Raghbir Singh Bharowal on March 28

From Ludhiana to the world — a fearless Sikh traveler’s inspiring journey comes to a heartfelt farewell.

In a deeply emotional moment for the Punjabi community worldwide, Raghbir Singh Bharowal — a symbol of courage, determination, and positivity — has left for his heavenly abode, leaving behind an inspiring legacy.

Born on June 26, 1982, in Ludhiana, Punjab, Raghbir Singh carried a dream that was larger than life. He believed in spreading love, peace, and unity across borders. His journey took him from the streets of Punjab to over 30 countries around the globe, making him the first Sikh solo rider to achieve this remarkable milestone.

After completing his Civil Engineering studies, he moved to Canada, where he overcame early struggles through hard work and dedication. Alongside his professional journey as an immigration consultant, he remained deeply connected to community service and social awareness.

A passionate traveler and fearless adventurer, Raghbir Singh inspired thousands through his journeys, stories, and bold personality. Whether it was exploring new cultures or performing daring acts, he lived life on his own terms.

Despite facing personal challenges in recent years, he never lost his spirit. His words reflected strength: learning from mistakes, living fearlessly, and moving forward without hesitation.

He also co-founded the Surrey Punjabi Podcast, giving a platform to voices from diverse backgrounds and enriching the Punjabi community globally.

On February 27, 2026, in Peru, Raghbir Singh quietly departed from this world, continuing his journey beyond life.

His final rites will take place on Saturday, March 28, at 10:30 AM at Riverside Funeral Home, Delta, followed by Bhog and Antim Ardas at 12:30 PM at Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Surrey.

His life reminds us that courage is not just about facing fear — it is about living freely and inspiring others along the way.
